LORD BRAHMA : THE GOD OF CREATION

LORD BRAHMA : THE GOD OF CREATION

Brahma, the Creator

According to the Hindu universe, Brahma is the Creator and Creator of all life. The ancient and sacred scriptures of the Hindu scriptures refer to Brahma, thus the Brahma is considered the father of Dharma.

He should not be confused with Brahman. This is the universal word Almighty God or Almighty God. Although Brahma is one of the Trinity, his fame is not comparable to Vishnu and Shiva. Brahmma is much more pronounced than houses and temples. In fact, the temple dedicated to Lord Brahma is hard to find. The temple is located in Pushkar in Rajasthan.

Birth of Brahma

According to legends, Brahma is the son of God, and is often referred to as Prajapati. According to Shatapatha Brahman, Brahma was born of the Brahman and the female energy known as Maya. The Brahmin who wanted to create the universe first put his seeds. This seed became a precious egg that appeared to be Brahmma. For this reason Brahma is also known as 'Hiranyakarpa'. According to another legend, Brahma was born from the lush flower of Vishnu's tumor.

To help him in creating this universe, Brahma was born of 'Prajapetis' and the seven great sages or the 11 ancestors of the human race called 'Saptarishi.' These children, or sons of Brahma, are born from the mind rather than those in the body, which are called ‘Manasputras’.

The Symbolism of Brahma

The Hindu Temple, Brahma, commonly referred to as the four heads, four hands, and red skin.

Unlike other Hindu gods, Brahma does not have weapons in his hands. He has a water pot, a spoon, prayer book or vedas, a clown and sometimes a lotus. The lotus sitting on the lotus, surrounded by white whites, has magical ability to separate the milk from the water and milk mixture. Brahma is often portrayed by a long, white beard and his four heads reading four Vedas.

Brahma, Cosmos, Time, and Epoch

Brahma, headed by Brahmoka, the universe which has all the wonders of the earth and all the worlds. There is a universe for a day called Brahmagalpa in the Hindu universe. This day is equal to four billion Earth years, and in the end the whole universe will dissolve. This process is called 'Piralaya'. This is the period of Brahman's lifetime for 100 years. After Brahman's "death", the whole creation begins fresh as long as his reincarnation is reincarnated 100 years later.

The Linga mythology that illustrates clear calculations of different cycles indicates that Brahman's life is divided into thousands of cycles or great ages.

Brahma in American literature

Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803-1882) wrote a poem called "Brahma", published in the Atlantic in 1857, showing many views on Emerson's Hindu Vedas and philosophy.

Instead of turning Brahma into an "unchanging reality", "a world that looks and looks." Brahma is an infinite, quiet, invisible, immortal, unchanging, shapeless, one and eternal, Arthur Christie (1899 - 1946), American writer and critic.
